Duties will include: Production of the project BIM information Full spatial coordination of M&E services Management of the project drawing and modelling programmes Clash detection and auditing of information modelled Management of the BIM platform for model viewing and collaboration COBIE data processing/entries Creating loadable families The ideal candidate will be fully conversant in in Revit software, as well as Navisworks, and have experience of both M&E shell and core plus fit out phases.
